Add warmth and vintage style to your home with the Save Me a Spot Blanket. This crochet pattern uses an easy two-color interlocking block stitch to create a reversible texture that resembles woven fabric. The detailed 6-page PDF includes clear step-by-step instructions with stitch counts, photos to illustrate each pattern row, and customization tips—perfect for adventurous beginners ready to try simple colorwork and create a stylishly cozy throw.

HOW THIS BLANKET IS MADE
This 60- by 48-inch blanket incorporates a variation of the two-color interlocking block stitch into a unique design that resembles woven fabric. Alternating rows of the main and contrasting colors form a soft grid of dashed stripes, giving the blanket a cozy texture and timeless style.

The blanket is worked lengthwise on the right side throughout. The yarn is fastened off at the end of each row and reattached at the beginning of the next row, starting and ending with an 8-inch tail. These tails will later be incorporated into a fringe.

Pattern is written in US crochet terms.
